I enjoyed creating this blog - everything was very simple and user-friendly. Though I am not currently teaching, I can see how it would be useful in a classroom setting. I would probaly start with something simple such as providing information for parents/students on classroom assignments/activites. It would be a great place to post photos of classroom activities/projects. I think I would put a student in charge of updating (on a rotating basis) so they could gain experience blogging as well.

I think one challenge is getting parents involved in participating in the blog. One way to overcome this would be to add parents to an e-mail list with a link to the blog- they may be more likely to visit if they site were easily linked through a simple email that they check often.
